If you thought that in order to win an online slots tournament you need to be a seasoned pro, think again. The results of the recent All Slots Casino $100,000 slots tournament certainly attest otherwise. As published in the Jackpot Factory’s recent press release, All Slots handed out nearly $80,000 in tournament winnings to new players, including the $50,000 grand prize jackpot to a new player from Norway.

The lucky Norwegian goes by the screen name of Per Magnus S, and had only won a free ticket to the online casino tournament just the week prior. Per Magnus racked in over 71,000 points to take home the prize, with second place coming in just 2,000 points behind. That player was Sheila P. (presumably from the U.S.) and was crowned with $10,000 in cash for her exploits on the one-armed bandits.

Taking home almost 80% of the total pot, the $100K All Slots tournament was reminiscent of the first ever European WSOP championship, in which the average age at the final table was just twenty-four years, and the winner being none other than nineteen year old Annette Obrestad. That’s not to say the All Slots winners were young in age, but were simply new to the scene. All Slots VP of Player Affairs, David Brickman, went so far to say he wouldn’t be surprised if the next $100K tournament will be known as the “tournament of new players”.

All in all, 300 cash prizes were handed out to the top online finishers. Participation was record-breaking, with over 1,780 players competing for the top prize. All Slots Casino has not announced the date of their next $100K tournament, but is keeping players busy with a host of other freerolls as seen on the tournament schedule page of the All Slots website.

For all you players who’ve never participated in an online casino slots tournament, keep in mind that luck still plays a large part in whether you win or not. Combined with a steadfast devotion to get in as many spins as you can (and a hefty bankroll, if need be), you can stand a good shot at making turning your expenses into an investment that pays off in cash.
